The 20 cm Classic Granton Chef's Knife combines traditional European style with exceptional versatility, making it perfect for chopping, slicing, shredding, and cubing meat, fish, and vegetables. Its Granton (scalloped) blade reduces sticking and helps separate food from the knife. A standout feature, the hollow ground indentations on the side of the blade, creates tiny air pockets that reduce friction and allow the knife to glide smoothly through cuts. Ideal for everyday chef knife tasks such as slicing, dicing, and chopping fruits and vegetables, the curved belly also enables a gentle rocking motion for finely mincing herbs and spices with ease.
