Use & Care Tips:

• Use the scoop to measure the perfect amount of matcha powder, then mix and aerate the matcha with the whisk to give it a rich and creamy froth and create a lump free tea. Once settled use the scoop again to stir your matcha.
• Soak whisk tines (prongs) in cold water for 1-2 minutes before first use.
• Whisk should be cleaned and dried after each use. To clean the whisk, fill a bowl with clean lukewarm water and rotate the whisk. Then rinse it gently with clean water. Never use washing up liquid. After rinsing, stand the whisk on its base so the tines are sticking up to air dry.
• Wipe scoop clean with paper towel.
• Store in a well-ventilated area and not in the container. Avoid direct sunlight.
